It was definitely a really long process, so itвЂ™s nice to look back on it this far away and really see it clearly and criticize the hell out of everything I did and the decisions I made. Looking back, now that youвЂ™ve all had a few years of perspective, do you have any new thoughts or emotions about God of War?Д«arlog: I still have those pangs of the вЂ“ I donвЂ™t wanna say trauma, but I really donвЂ™t have a better word, so IвЂ™m gonna say the trauma of going through making all that. IвЂ™ve tried for four years, and IвЂ™ve kind of given up. I still havenвЂ™t beat Sigrun, so I donвЂ™t know. We added Nvidia Reflex, which decreases some of that reaction timing as well. But I think that having more frames definitely helps the reaction time a bit. You can increase the rest of the graphics resolutions and really accentuate how awesome the content looks.Дoes the 60 frames per second or the ultra-widescreen or any of that new tech make it easier to beat the Valkyrie queen?ДeWald: Yeah, I mean, it depends on how good you are. As Cory mentioned, we added widescreen, and we pumped it up so you can play at 4K. So this gives them an opportunity to play it on a platform they might play. And if they havenвЂ™t played it on console by now, theyвЂ™re probably not going to play it on console. Matt DeWald: WeвЂ™ve sold almost 20 million, like 19.5 million copies on console, but itвЂ™s surprising to hear that there are still people out there that have never played it. But also, even if you have experienced it, IвЂ™ve played the game a few times, but playing it on my ultra-wide is a pretty awesome experience. I donвЂ™t have a 3090, but IвЂ™m sure they all have a 3090. Honestly, I think for us, itвЂ™s really exciting that thereвЂ™s a new potential audience of people who havenвЂ™t played the game who get to experience it and show it off on their beefy machine. Why do you think people should check God of War out now that itвЂ™s on PC?Д¬ory Barlog: Because itвЂ™s a giant smokescreen to sell you on the fact that Silent Hills is secretly inside the game?
